Ingredients
1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha powder
½ cup fresh orange juice (more to taste)
¼ tsp orange zest (optional for stronger citrus flavor)
½ cup unsweetened almond milk or oat milk
Ice cubes (for iced version)
Optional: honey or maple syrup to sweeten
Instructions
1. Sift matcha into a small bowl to remove clumps.
2. Add warm water and whisk in zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
3. Stir in orange juice and zest (if using), mixing thoroughly.
4. Separately froth or warm your almond milk and pour into the mix.
5. Add sweetener to taste and stir again.
6. Serve over ice or enjoy warm.
