1 banana
1 beetroot
1 apple

Instructions
1. Prepare green tea by steeping for 2–3 minutes, then add lemon and honey
2. Heat almond milk gently and mix turmeric, ginger, and black pepper
3. Blend blueberries, banana, and almond milk until smooth
4. Steep chamomile in hot water, then add honey and lemon
5. Blend beetroot, apple, lemon juice, and water, then strain before drinking
