Description
A nutrient-packed bariatric seed drink made with chia, flax, hemp, and pumpkin seeds. Supports digestion, satiety, and sustainable energy.
Ingredients
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (raw, shelled)
1½ cups water or unsweetened almond milk
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Add all seeds to a glass jar with water or almond milk and stir.
2. Let the mixture soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
3. Pour the soaked mixture into a blender.
4. Add cinnamon, sweetener, vanilla, or any optional ingredients.
5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
6. Adjust thickness with more liquid if needed, then serve.
Notes
You can add ½ banana for creaminess or a magnesium boost for evening use. Best enjoyed first thing in the morning or as a midday reset. Use chilled for a thicker texture.
