Description
A refreshing natural zepbound drink made with 4 simple ingredients: lemon, ginger, apple cider vinegar, and cinnamon. Supports digestion, cravings, and energy.
Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Add warm water to a glass or jar.
2. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
3. Stir in grated ginger and cinnamon.
4. Add apple cider vinegar last and mix well.
5. Let sit for 2–3 minutes and drink slowly.
Notes
Drink on an empty stomach in the morning or before meals.
Use a straw to protect teeth from acidity.
Optional: Add a dash of raw honey if needed for taste.
