Description

A vibrant glow-up tea blend with hibiscus, rosehip, collagen peptides, and adaptogenic herbs. Supports collagen production, skin elasticity, and natural radiance.


Ingredients

1 tsp dried hibiscus petals

1 tsp dried rosehip pieces

½ tsp dried tulsi (optional – adaptogenic support)

½ tsp honeybush or red clover (optional antioxidants/zinc support)

1 cup hot water (≈90 °C / 194 °F)

1 serving of hydrolyzed collagen peptides (stirred in after steeping)

Optional: stevia, honey, or citrus slice


Instructions

1. Place hibiscus, rosehip, and any optional herbs in a teapot or infuser.

2. Pour hot water over the blend and steep for 5–10 minutes.

3. Strain into a cup and let it cool slightly.

4. Stir in collagen peptides until fully dissolved.

5. Add sweetener or citrus if desired.

6. Serve warm or chilled over ice for a refreshing variation.

Notes

For a cold-brew version, steep herbs in cold filtered water in the fridge for 8–12 hours before adding collagen.
