Description
A calming viral bedtime drink made with tart cherry juice, magnesium powder and creamy coconut milk foam.
Ingredients
1/2 cup pure tart cherry juice
1 teaspoon magnesium bisglycinate powder
1/4 cup canned full-fat coconut milk
Splash sparkling water or lemon-lime prebiotic soda
1 cup ice
Instructions
1. Pour tart cherry juice into a glass and add magnesium powder then stir until dissolved
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes
3. Add a splash of sparkling water or prebiotic soda
4. Froth the coconut milk in a jar or milk frother until creamy
5. Slowly pour the coconut foam over the drink to create a layered cloud topping
Notes
Use unsweetened tart cherry juice for best results
Magnesium bisglycinate is preferred because it is gentle on digestion
Drink about 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime
