Description
A refreshing wellness drink using pink Himalayan salt, lemon, ginger, and ACV to support digestion, hydration, and natural energy.
Ingredients
8–10 oz warm filtered water
¼ teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Grated ginger or cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Add pink salt to a glass of warm water.
2. Squeeze in lemon juice and stir gently.
3. Add apple cider vinegar and mix again.
4. Let it sit briefly, then stir a final time.
5. Sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach.
Notes
Use fine grain salt for better texture.
Prepare the drink fresh in the morning.
Store in a sealed container if making ahead.
Optional: Add ginger or cinnamon to boost metabolism.
