Description
This natural Ozempic tea recipe is a refreshing energy-supporting blend made with green tea, lemon, apple cider vinegar, and pink salt. It’s designed to promote appetite balance, hydration, and blood sugar support without synthetic ingredients.
Ingredients
1 green tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf green tea)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
½ tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch Himalayan pink salt
200–250 ml warm water
Optional: 1 scoop magnesium powder
Instructions
1. Steep green tea in warm water for 2–3 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bag and let it cool slightly.
3. Stir in lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
4. Add pink salt and magnesium (if using).
5. Mix well and sip slowly, preferably before meals.
Notes
For best results, drink the tea in the morning or 30 minutes before your largest meal. Avoid drinking close to bedtime due to the natural caffeine content from green tea.
