Description

A simple, high-fiber Ozempic smoothie for weight loss made with oats, lemon, chia, and optional metabolism boosters to support appetite control and digestion.


Ingredients

¼ cup rolled oats (soaked overnight)

1 cup water or coconut water

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tsp chia seeds

12 ginger slices (optional)

Dash of cinnamon (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)

Optional: stevia or monk fruit


Instructions

1. Soak oats overnight or for at least 2 hours.

2. Add soaked oats, lemon juice, and water to a blender.

3. Add chia seeds, ginger, and cinnamon.

4. Blend on high until smooth.

5. Taste and sweeten if needed.

6. Serve over ice and enjoy.

Notes

Best consumed on an empty stomach or between meals.

Can be stored up to 24 hours in the fridge.
