Description
Simple oat-based viral drink paired with a refreshing green juice made from cucumber, celery, spinach, apple, lemon, and ginger.
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup water or unsweetened plant milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
1 cucumber
2 celery stalks
1 cup spinach
1 small green apple
1/2 lemon
1 small piece ginger
1/2 cup water
Instructions
1. Add oats, water, and lemon juice to a blender.
2. Add chia seeds if desired and blend until smooth.
3. Pour the oat drink into a glass.
4. Wash cucumber, celery, spinach, and apple.
5. Chop ingredients and add them to a blender.
6. Add lemon juice, ginger, and water.
7. Blend until smooth.
8. Serve both drinks fresh.
Notes
Drink the oat blend in the morning for fiber support.
Prepare green juice fresh for best flavor.
Adjust water amount for preferred thickness.
