Ingredients
1 cup warm filtered water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
1. Warm the water slightly — it should be warm, not hot.
2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the water.
3. Add grated ginger, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
4. Stir thoroughly until everything is dissolved.
5. Drink first thing in the morning or before meals for best results.
Notes
Use Ceylon cinnamon for a milder, safer option than cassia.
Adjust lemon and ginger to taste if needed.
