Description
This Natural Mounjaro Recipe combines lemon, ginger, and apple cider vinegar into a clean, 3-ingredient wellness drink that supports digestion, reduces cravings, and promotes natural energy.
Ingredients
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger (or pinch of ground ginger)
4–6 oz filtered water
Optional: a few ice cubes or dash of honey
Instructions
1. Add lemon juice, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to a glass.
2. Pour in the filtered water and stir well to combine.
3. Add ice cubes or a drop of honey if preferred.
4. Drink on an empty stomach, ideally 15–30 minutes before your first meal.
Notes
Use raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar for full probiotic benefits.
Fresh ginger gives a better metabolic effect, but ground works in a pinch.
You can double the recipe and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
