Description
A fat-burning wellness drink with lemon, ginger, honey, and ACV. Supports metabolism, digestion, and natural weight loss.
Ingredients
1 cup warm water Juice of ½ lemon
1–2 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
1–2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
Dash of Ceylon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Add the lemon juice and grated ginger to a glass. 2. Pour in the warm water and stir gently. 3. Add honey and apple cider vinegar. 4. Mix well until fully blended. 5. Add cinnamon if using. 6. Drink fresh on an empty stomach.
Notes
For best results, drink first thing in the morning. Can also be consumed 30 minutes before meals to reduce appetite. Omit honey if following a low-sugar or fasting routine. Always use unfiltered ACV with the mother for full benefits.
