Ingredients
1/2 tsp magnesium glycinate or citrate
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup chilled coconut water or filtered water
Optional: splash of ginger juice or fresh mint leaves
Instructions
1. Add magnesium powder to a glass.
2. Squeeze in the lemon juice.
3. Pour in chilled coconut water or filtered water.
4. Stir well until fully dissolved.
5. Add ginger juice or mint if desired.
