Description
Three refreshing ways to prepare Korean green tea for anti-aging: traditional hot, cold brew, and lemonade glow tonic.
Ingredients
Hot Nokcha Tea:
1 tsp Nokcha loose-leaf
6 oz filtered water (158–176°F)
Cold Brew Detox:
2 tsp Nokcha leaves
2 cups cold water
Optional: mint or cucumber
Green Tea Lemonade Glow Tonic:
1 cup cold-brewed Nokcha
Juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp agave or honey
Ice cubes
Mint or lemon slice
Instructions
1. Heat water to 158–176°F, steep 1 tsp Nokcha for 1–2 min, strain and serve.
2. Add 2 tsp Nokcha to 2 cups cold water, refrigerate 8–12 hrs, strain and serve chilled.
3. Mix 1 cup cold-brewed Nokcha with lemon juice and honey, pour over ice, garnish with mint.
Notes
Brew Nokcha at low temperatures to preserve antioxidants. Combine with vitamin C-rich foods for enhanced collagen support.
