This Japanese Mounjaro Tea Recipe is a 4-ingredient, digestion-friendly wellness drink inspired by Japanese tea culture. Made with roasted barley, green tea, ginger, and lemon, it’s clean, hydrating, and perfect for daily resets.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon roasted barley (mugicha)

1 teaspoon sencha green tea leaves

34 thin slices of fresh ginger

Juice of 1/2 lemon

4 cups filtered water


Instructions

1. Bring 4 cups of filtered water to a gentle boil in a saucepan.

2. Add roasted barley and simmer on low for 6 minutes.

3. Add green tea leaves and fresh ginger slices. Let steep for 2–3 minutes.

4. Strain into a mug or glass jar.

5. Add lemon juice, stir, and cool slightly before drinking.

6. Serve hot or pour over ice.

Notes

Best enjoyed on an empty stomach in the morning or between meals.
