A refreshing, metabolism-friendly drink inspired by Japanese wellness culture. This Japanese Mounjaro Drink blends matcha, konjac, citrus, and ginger for a natural daily reset.
Ingredients
1 tsp konjac powder
1/2 tsp matcha powder
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp lemon or yuzu juice
1 cup warm green tea
Ice cubes (optional)
1 tsp honey or monk fruit (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare your green tea and let it cool slightly.
2. In a glass, mix konjac powder with a splash of tea to activate and thicken slightly.
3. Add matcha, ginger, and citrus juice. Stir until combined.
4. Slowly pour in the remaining tea and sweeten to taste.
5. Add ice cubes if desired. Stir and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a stronger drink, use matcha whisked separately before mixing.
Best consumed fresh. Avoid storing overnight due to konjac’s texture change.
Use yuzu juice for a more authentic Japanese flavor.
