Description
A fizzy, functional Japanese jelly soda designed to promote fullness and support healthy eating habits using natural ingredients.
Ingredients
1 tsp agar powder (or 1/2 tsp konjac powder)
1/2 cup hot water
1 cup chilled sparkling water
1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
Stevia or monk fruit, to taste
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Dissolve agar powder in the hot water, stirring until fully melted.
2. Let it cool slightly and pour into a tall glass.
3. Add lemon juice and sweetener, then slowly pour in the sparkling water.
4. Stir gently and let sit for 2–3 minutes as it begins to thicken.
5. Add ice if desired and enjoy before meals.
Notes
Best consumed 15–20 minutes before eating.
Use konjac for a stronger gel texture.
Flavor with matcha, cucumber, or fresh ginger for variation.
