Description
A refreshing and energizing wellness drink made with lime, ginger, mint, and coconut water. This Homemade Mounjaro Recipe supports hydration, metabolism, and daily energy.
Ingredients
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp grated ginger
4 mint leaves
1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
½ tsp raw honey or monk fruit (optional)
1 cup cold water
½ cup coconut water or electrolyte mix
Ice cubes (as desired)
Instructions
1. Add lime juice, grated ginger, and pink salt to a shaker or glass.
2. Tear the mint leaves and add them in.
3. Pour in the water and coconut water.
4. Stir well or shake until combined.
5. Add ice cubes and sweeten to taste.
6. Drink fresh in the morning or before activity.
Notes
Make it Zepbound-style by adding a dash of cinnamon and apple cider vinegar.
For a Brazilian twist, swap coconut water with pineapple juice and add chia seeds.
Best consumed fresh; avoid storing more than 24 hours.
