A refreshing homemade coconut water Mounjaro drink made with natural electrolytes like lemon, pink salt, and coconut water—perfect for hydration and balance.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups coconut water (fresh or unsweetened)
½ small lemon, freshly squeezed
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
⅛ tsp Himalayan pink salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered)
3–4 mint leaves (optional)
2–3 ice cubes
1–2 drops stevia (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour coconut water into a glass or mason jar.
2. Stir in fresh lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
3. Add Himalayan pink salt and chia seeds. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
4. Add ice cubes and mint leaves for freshness.
5. Sweeten with stevia if desired.
6. Stir well and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For best results, use this drink 3–4 times a week.
