A Korean fermented green plum tea that supports digestion, detox, and skin radiance.
Ingredients
2–3 tbsp maesil cheong (plum syrup)
1 cup hot or cold water
Ice cubes (optional)
Lemon slice or mint (optional)
Instructions
1. Choose hot or iced version.
2. Add maesil syrup to a cup.
3. Pour hot or cold water, stir until dissolved.
4. Add ice, lemon, or mint as desired.
5. Sip and enjoy.
Notes
Best enjoyed 1–2 cups per day.
Store maesil cheong in fridge after opening.
Try with sparkling water for a fizzy option.
