Ingredients
8–10 oz filtered water
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp chia seeds (soaked for 5–10 minutes)
¼ tsp magnesium powder or liquid drops
½ tsp raw honey or maple (optional)
Small pinch of sea salt
Instructions
1. In a glass, combine filtered water with fresh lemon juice.
2. Add soaked chia seeds and stir gently.
3. Mix in magnesium powder or drops.
4. Add sweetener if desired.
5. Sprinkle in a tiny pinch of sea salt and stir to combine.
6. Sip slowly and note how you feel afterward.
