This 3-ingredient Brazilian Mounjaro drink blends ACV, citrus, and ginger with optional herbal boosts for energy, weight loss, and digestion.


Ingredients

1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar

Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

1/2 tsp grated ginger

1/4 tsp cinnamon or dash of cayenne (optional)

1 tsp yerba mate or chá de bugre (optional)

1 tsp raw honey (optional)

1 cup warm water


Instructions

1. Steep yerba mate or chá de bugre in 1/2 cup hot water for 5 minutes.

2. Strain the tea and combine with 1/2 cup cold water.

3. Add apple cider vinegar, citrus juice, and grated ginger.

4. Stir in cinnamon or cayenne if using.

5. Sweeten with honey if desired.
