Ingredients
1 cup filtered water (warm or cold)
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
3–4 slices fresh ginger
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Warm or chill the water as preferred.
2. Add lemon juice to a glass.
3. Stir in apple cider vinegar.
4. Add sliced or grated ginger.
5. Optional: add honey or cinnamon.
6. Let sit 5 minutes and stir again before serving.
