This Adrenal Cocktail blends orange juice, coconut water, and pink salt to help support energy, hydration, and mineral balance—perfect for mid-morning or post-stress recovery.


Ingredients

½ cup fresh-squeezed orange juice

½ cup coconut water

¼ tsp Himalayan pink salt (or sea salt)

Optional: pinch of cream of tartar

Optional: splash of lemon or fresh ginger juice


Instructions
